Hello! Welcome to my wacky Google site, where I dump all my translyrics of various (mostly Vocaloid) songs I've taken an interest in.
Most of these do not have recorded covers yet, and many likely never will. If you'd like to use these lyrics for yourself, please keep reading below!
"Are you seriously going to start singing that?!"

My terms of use are different depending on whether the translyrics of the song are released or unreleased, i.e. whether or not I have already released my own cover using them on YouTube. Every translyric page will detail what my terms are for that specific song, but here's everything you should know if you'd like to use my translyrics:
Most of my translyrics are unreleased. If you would like to use them, please email me for permission first!
My email: mochyee584@gmail.com
I ask that you email me for two reasons:
You can't know for sure how my translyrics are meant to be sung in time with the music. If you email me, I can send you a singing guide or demo to help you figure it out!
Unreleased translyrics are subject to revision. I update this site regularly to reflect my revisions, but there is still a chance that you're looking at an outdated version of my translyrics, so please email me so I can double-check.
It may take a few days for me to get back to you, so please be patient!
Pages with released translyrics have a YouTube embed of the cover that uses them, you can find them all in my "Completed Covers" page. Unless otherwise specified, you're free to use these translyrics, no email required!
Once you have permission to use my translyrics, please credit me (MochYee) with a link to the page you got the lyrics from. And be sure to give the original artists proper attribution as well!
Hello! I'm Moch, a little blob who likes to make crappy remixes and digital drawings sometimes for leisure. You can find my silly creations on YouTube and Instagram!
I'm also a member of The Jukeblockers, who are a small group of friends who like to cover songs together whenever we have free time. Some of my completed covers will be on their channel instead of mine :)
A bit of trivia about me:
My MBTI is INFP-T
Last I checked, I have a vocal range of E2 - E5, but I can't sing in tune to save my life ;-;
All of my videos and music are made using freeware because I'm broke and stubborn (currently looking into using a real DAW though!)
I started writing translyrics as a hobby not long after working with The Jukeblockers, especially since most of the music I listen to are Japanese Vocaloid songs. I don't know any Japanese myself, so my translyrics are largely based on online translations, though sometimes I may get help from Sekiya Shibaku (another Jukeblocker friend!) for proofreading/translation assistance.
While this certainly isn't the case for all the songs I've written for, I strive to preserve as much of the original lyrics as I can when I write my translyrics with what little I'm given. This doesn't mean I keep my lyrics as close as possible to the direct translation (I actually take a lot of creative liberty while writing), but I try to carry over elements like meaning, nuance, wordplay, and sometimes certain phonemes from the original lyrics wherever I'm able to without sacrificing how it sounds in English.
It's a tricky balancing act, especially when I don't know any Japanese myself, and doubtless there are songs I've completely butchered due to translation error or personal misinterpretation (not even mentioning the countless other translyric writers who do what I do but 10× better), but that's all just part of the fun!
