본 연구실은 반도체 분야에서 차세대 반도체 구조, 물성 계측 및 분석 기술을 연구하고 있으며, 우주 분야에서는 블랙 코팅 기반 광학 탑재체 재료 연구와 인공위성의 열 및 구조 해석, 그리고 자세 제어 기술을 중점적으로 연구하고 있습니다.

Our research lab focuses on next-generation semiconductor structure, property measurement, and analysis technology in the semiconductor field. In the space sector, we primarily study materials for optical payloads based on black coating, as well as thermal and structural analysis and attitude control technology for satellites.

– Conditions –

• Master’s students: KRW 1,500,000 per month (tuition not included) 

• Doctoral students: KRW 1,500,000–2,000,000 per month, depending on the year of the doctoral program (tuition not included)  

• Salary for Ph.D. researchers: 3.0 million won per month (There is an incentive for papers)
