ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: A principal (building administrator) promotes success in all areas of education. They do this by managing, operating, and using their resources to the best of their abilities. This is done by monitoring and evaluating, consistently assessing the resources(human, fiscal, and technological). The resources should promote and protect our school in a way that is concerned for the safety and welfare of our stakeholders; while simultaneously promoting leadership and teachers who are driven to provide high-quality instruction and student learning.
