ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: : An educational leader promotes the success of every student by collaboratively creating a climate/culture, with an instructional program conducive to student learning that promotes trust, and a personalized learning environment with high expectations for students to meet them where they are. The instructional programs will be created and evaluated to be comprehensive and rigorous. In addition the educational leader will develop and supervise instruction and school staff. In doing this they are promoting an effective, supportive teaching and learning environment.
