ELCC Standard Alignment Rationale: A principal (building administrator) advocates for what the students, staff and community need to succeed. This is done by assessing those needs through various surveys, and other suggestions from stakeholders. Advocators have an understanding of the needs, and respond in such a manner that they influence others in supporting what is best for the school. An advocator  is a trend setter, constantly looking for new and inventive ways to promote the school in a positive manner.
