How To Apply

In order to gain the best possible picture of a family's situation so we can make the best possible tier match, the application process is extensive. Prepare to spend about 30-60 minutes completing it. It does NOT need to be completed in one sitting. You can save your progress and come back to it later. To make the process faster and easier you may want to gather the documents and information you need before beginning the application. This video has information on how the application process works. 


1- Gather the Information you will need to have:

Documents you MAY need:

Copies of U.S. Individual Income Tax Return.

2023 IRS Federal Form 1040 and supporting schedules (Schedule 1, Schedule 3)

2022 IRS Federal Form 1040 and supporting schedules (Schedule 1, Schedule 3)

Dependent Statement if claiming more than 4 dependents

Copies of W-2 Wage and Tax Statements.

Copies of supporting documentation for household Nontaxable Income.


Income information

Information from Parents/Guardian 2023 W-2 

Parents/Guardian SSN

Other income (rental income/child support/SNAP/WIC…)


Assets (you will be self-reporting these amounts)

Value of checking account, Saving, Stocks, Bonds, etc…


Expenses Information (you will be self-reporting these amounts)

Rent/Mortgage Payments/Property tax and insurance

Total debt (credit card/mortgage/personal loan…)

Student Loan information (payments and total)

Childcare/Elder-care Costs

Other educational expenses (university tuition/other private schools…)

Healthcare/Health insurance 


2- Go to the FACTSmgt link 


3- Sign-in 

Returning Families: using your FACTS signin information you already have for Tuition

New Families: Create a username & password


4- Pay the Application Fee ($40 that will be credited to your deposit/tuition, there is no additional fee for using a credit/debit card on the application fee) 


5- Complete the application

REMINDER! Only the information with an * is required. If you are uncomfortable with answering any question without an *, feel free to skip it. We wanted families to have every opportunity to provide information that might be helpful to them, but do not feel obligated to include it if you don’t want to.
