Hello students!
For this assignment you will be playing the role of a travel agent.
You have been hired by your client to plan a trip from Atlanta, GA to a country of your choosing.
During this trip your client wants to visit 5 cities within the country of your choosing.
The budget is $3,000 but if you can plan efficiently maybe you'll challenge yourself to make this trip much cheaper for your client and surprise them with your awesome skills.
The requirements are simple:
Make a website where you can share your trip around the world. Include lodging suggestions, prices, climate, and more. Use the included outline for guidance.
Create a digital map that illustrates your trip route. Drop pins for lodging suggestions, museums, restaurants, etc.
Promote your trip around the world with a promotional video. The idea is to “persuade” others to take your trip. Include personal testimonials, videos, photos, etc. from individuals that have been to the cities included in your plan.
Create your trip on a budget of under $3,000.
The length of time of the trip is 15 days (2 weeks) , you'll have to use the time give for the activities, meals, traveling, and sleep.
Each city only gets 2 days of exploring while having 1 day to travel to that particular city.

The third thing we are going to do is the Itinerary:

For Day 2 Write - (This is the second day on the first city, list what do you have planned for the client to sightsee, participate on, that you did not do on the first day)
For Details / Comments Write - (Any information that our client might be interested in knowing like : landmarks to take photographs at, festivals or events they might want to go to, etc)
Try to keep the activity cost to a minimum . Remember our budget ($3,000).

Use the chart below to organize the trip budget.
Break down the cost of each category listed below, then add them up to determine the total cost of the trip.
Try to keep things under $3,000.
The fifth thing we are going to do is the Budget:
Let's get started:
The first thing on our chart is the Total Cost for our Flight
--- Go to google and type
"Cost of flight from Atlanta Georgia to (name of city) (name of country) "
--- Make sure the trip is a "Round Trip" and (15 days long)
--- Type the price of the flight in the first box
For the second box add the cost of all 5 hotel rooms together for Lodging's total cost.
For the third box add the cost of transportation (not the flight) like the tickets for the trains, the busses, the car and gas all together.
For the fourth box add the total cost for all the meals
For the fifth box add the cost of the activities your client will do for each city (add it all together)
For the sixth and seventh box add any other expenses that don't go in the other categories but need to be included in the plan.
For the last box add all of the cost together. Is it under 3,000? Is it over $5,000? This is the moment to check and adjust any of the activities, meals and hotel rooms in order to stay in the budget.
