Frisco ISD opens enrollment in grades K-8 to all Texas residents - NewsBreak
With no new state money and voters shooting down a tax increase, Frisco ISD hopes to secure more funding by opening enrollment to students outside the district. Frisco ISD is an "A" rated school district and has been for as long as the state has been handing out grades. A big reason people choose to live in Frisco is to get access to their schools.
