Chance
If an egg and a sperm did meet one day,
in a cilia sea on a tubal way,
and we received life from that time of play,
but only by chance and for only one chance,
would we pray?
What would happen if all people, individually and institutionally, everywhere on our one world, chose to become more spiritually reflective and socially responsive, everyday, for the rest of our lives?
What would happen if all of us during our one life on earth chose to seek an inclusive and ecumenical awareness of all nature and of our own nature--a unified understanding of our universe, and of our sexual, age, race, religious, and cultural differences, in terms of our physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual health needs, which we would choose to respond to with strength and courage, honesty and humility, and faith in Universal Love, by directing sharing and caring attitudes and actions of goodness, inward toward ourselves and outward toward others, in order to bring all of us closer to a social and spiritual unity?
By understanding religion and health in a unified, inclusive, and ecumenical way, we will always be relative, limitless, and free, and never absolute, finite, and controlling. By seeking Universal Love as All One SOUL, a Spirit Of Universal Light Life Love, unknown and without an end, One Holy and Healing Wholeness of All, for both religion and health, we will know a unifying, inclusive, and ecumenical relationship between them.
Rather than knowing religion as exceptional revelation, with doctrines and dogma, of a god, goddess, government, or other authorities of being, we may instead seek a holiness of wholeness, by choosing an attitude of inclusive and ecumenical faith in Universal Love, in order to believe in All One SOUL, with a reverence for sacredness of All in One.
Rather than knowing health as optimal condition, with manipulations and medications, of physical, psychological, social, or other aspects of being, we may instead seek a healing of wholeness, by choosing an action of inclusive and ecumenical faith in Universal Love, in order to belong to All One SOUL, with a response for service to All in One.
By following a daily discipline of prayer and practice, with strength and courage, honesty and humility, and faith in Universal Love, we will find wisdom and a way of healing, holiness, and wholeness, so that everyone will experience Love without needing to explain God, and living by giving universal Love may be our meaning of Life.
