Using real customer narratives to create an emotional connection, build trust, and demonstrate the product's value, ultimately driving sales and loyalty. 

These projects demonstrate taking customer stories and customer relationships and leveraging them to support customer acquisition and retention. Some assets focus on an individual customer, while others span multiple customers, but all ultimately use the way that customers were leveraging the existing platform as a way of supporting the acquisition of new customers and deepening relationships with existing customers.
