Emergency Rooms do not ask patients for proof of citizenship.
FQCH-federally qualified health centers will be able to see undocumented folks for testing. They all have different requirements and limited capacity for face to face appointments, but it is worth a call. There are several in Illinois and a lot more in Chicago.
Think of clinics that are similar to Alivio, Erie, Esperanza, Christian Lawndale, PCC, etc. They are trusted clinics that work to support undocumented folks. Consider calling first to inquire about their procedures.

There are approximately 165 CHCs throughout the city of Chicago, so find one that is close to you. Find your nearest CHC here.

COVID-19 Resources for Undocumented Communities
Cook County Health (CCH) system treats undocumented people living within the county of Cook, which includes the city of Chicago.
CCH is a public health system with a strong charity program called CareLink, for people who are uninsured or underinsured, including undocumented immigrants. The vast majority of CareLink recipients are undocumented.
CareLink is accepted in all health clinics and hospitals within CCH. Those with CareLink do not have to worry about any medical bills.
