This is where I belong. Through two training sessions every week, I’ve spent most of high school with this team—sweating through drills, laughing over missed smashes, and building friendships that go way beyond the court. From surprise celebrations to bonding trips and sending off our seniors, every memory here has shaped my high school life.Â
Badminton for me isn’t just practice—it’s also about testing myself in real matches. Over the past few years, I’ve joined school, club, and open tournaments. Sometimes I only made it through the first round, and other times I fought my way to medals. Win or lose, every competition taught me something new—teamwork, sportsmanship, cheering for others, and pushing myself harder each time.Â
I’ve got a few pictures that capture me jumping high or making powerful smashes. I’ll admit, my face looks pretty funny when I hit hard, but I think that just makes it more real and fun.
“My Badminton Journey” is a vlog that shares how I first picked up badminton during the Covid-19 pandemic, starting simply out of boredom. Over time, that casual beginning turned into consistent training and real commitment. In this video, I show how I practice, what skills I’m focusing on improving, and the goals I hope to reach in the future.Â
“My Badminton Routine” is a longer, unfiltered look at how my training sessions usually go—from tying my shoes and warming up, to rallies, matches, and post-game stretches. I included a real rally with my friend to give a genuine feel of what practice looks like for me.
