油焖茭白
茭白剥去外壳,削外皮,清洗后切成滚刀块。锅放油烧热,放入茭白,小火翻炒,翻炒7-8分钟至茭白微软。
加入10克酱油、2克老抽、3克糖、3克盐调味,翻炒均匀,盖上锅盖中火焖煮3分钟。
