Week 6: Peace in Action
Peace begins within us. To demand change from others in order to feel peaceful creates tension and conflict for both sides. By choosing to embody peace in our interactions, we model nonviolence and invite it in return.
This week, we focus on practicing mindfulness, graciousness, kindness, dialogue, unity, openness, and accountability — qualities that strengthen both our inner calm and our connections with others.

I cultivate peace within and share it with those around me.
Through mindful and compassionate action, I invite harmony and understanding into every relationship.
