Week 3: Expanding Nonviolence into Relationship
As we deepen the practice of nonviolence within ourselves, we begin to see how naturally it extends toward others. Each inner practice is not separate from the world — it is preparation for how we show up in it.
Nonviolence is not only a personal discipline; it is a relational way of being. What we learn in self-awareness becomes the foundation for how we listen, speak, respond, and repair.
This week, we widen the circle — allowing our inner work to shape how we live, relate, and contribute to the world.
