Week 5: Practicing Peace in Relationships
Creating a peaceful world begins in our daily interactions. Nonviolence is expressed not only in what we believe, but in how we repair, respond, and relate to one another.
This week invites us into the relational practices that sustain peace: Forgiveness, Making Amends, Conflict Resolution, Patience, Appreciation, Love, and Understanding. They are skills we practice in real conversations, real misunderstandings, and real moments of growth.
Through these practices, we learn that peace is not passive. It is built through accountability, empathy, and a willingness to begin again.
Weekly Intention:
I practice peace in my daily relationships.
I choose repair over resentment.
Through patience, love, and understanding, I help create a more compassionate world.
