Laser

CO2 CNC Lasers work by bouncing light emissions back and forth between mirrors on an XYZ axis until the beam passes through a special lens at the tip of the router head. Types of cutting material can range from thin plywood, acrylic and cardboard.

First Cut

Using VCarve, a sketch of the Corvette logo with my name on it.

After putting it into RDWorks, the file was given to the laser cutter to be cut out.

Makercase Box

For this item, we used the MakerCase website to create a box, and scaled it to fit together.

Second Cut

For our "Second Cut", I designed this Minecraft Sword on AutoCad and moved it into RDWorks, then cut it out of acrylic.
