MISA Zimbabwe
is one of 11 chapters of the Media Institute of Southern Africa, which promotes and defends media freedom and freedom of expression across the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) region.
MISA Zimbabwe has evolved as the brand leader and reputable source of information and strong voice in speaking against media and freedom of expression violations, promoting access to information, free expression online and offline as well as raising awareness on internet governance and digital rights issues.

NICE is committed to the promotion of democracy and good governance at all levels through provision of impartial, non-partisan and systematic civic and voter education in Malawi.
Purpose
“to enhance the ability of Malawian citizens to participate in public life including democratic decision-making processes, to empower them to exercise their democratic rights and responsibilities at the national, district and community levels”.
MiLLi* Namibia
The MiLLi* Trust is a non-profit initiative that aims to foster media and information literacy in the youth of Namibia.
MiLLi* aims to build capacities of youth through its innovative and expert educational products in the area of Media Information Literacy (MIL), i.e. Youth Projects, Summer Schools and a Certificate Course in MIL. To ensure the implementation and sustainability of all programmes, MiLLi* relies on support partners for institutional and project funding for its activities.

CybersmartBW is a public education campaign that seeks to raise awareness on cybersecurity threats and promote safe and secure online habits.
The Hub, Lesotho
Working to foster a community of young people in Lesotho who are skilled, inspired, motivated and socially conscious. The only initiative of its kind in Lesotho, The Hub is a creative technology lab that seeks to take a creative, collaborative, and participatory approach to raising awareness and seeking solutions to social issues.
Web Rangers, South Africa
Web Rangers is a digital literacy programme designed to allow young people to gain critical skills and knowledge around online safety that they use to create innovative campaigns that promote safe Internet usage and champion their rights in the digital world. The programme is about creating young digital citizens who know how to use the Internet responsibly and encourage their peers to do the same.
Objectives:
Improve participants’ digital literacy skills.
Create and promote awareness around safe and responsible Internet usage.
Empower participants to take ownership of their digital footprint.
Empower participants to be in a position to take full advantage of the opportunities that the digital world has to offer in order to make South Africa a better place.
