- Internal Affairs Division -

Internal Affairs is the Blaine County Sheriff's Office overseeing body, ensuring all members and Chain of Command of our department are acting in accordance to Departmental Policies; including but not limited to the BCSO SOP and other pertinent documenation. Internal Affairs is staffed by select Chain of Command members chosen by the Sheriff. Investigators are responsible with upholding BCSO's Core Values, through thorough, impartial and swift investigations.

IA Appelate Board

These members are responsible for handling any appeals that may be filed. If a Deputy wishes to appeal disciplinary action, they should contact one of these members.

We encourage all complaintants to provide as much information as possible, including any direct evidence (videos, images, cont.).
