The Blaine County Sheriff's Office is led by Sheriff Trevor H. along with the rest of his Chain of Command. The Chain of Command work together to provide the best quality of service to all Deputies, and of course the citizens of San Andreas. These members are hired by the Command Staff who you can meet here.
Jon Everman - Captain

The Sheriff Captain(s) are responsible for:
Supervising and ensuring Sergeants are completing their assigned duties in a timely manner. They will provide BCSO Command with a monthly report of the Sergeant’s activity.
Overseeing department applications. Opening and closing of applications can be suggested by BCSO Captains but will be subject to Command Staff approval.
Overseeing patrol log submissions, archiving them every six (6) months and completing patrol log errors identified by a BCSO Sergeant and above.
Managing the Corporal Candidacy Program and reporting the results to BCSO Command Staff when requested.
Organizing time and dates for CoC and Department meetings. Creating agendas for all meetings and ensuring they are put in the meeting drive folder. Ensuring all meeting recordings are being placed in the proper meeting folders.
Ensuring Department of Correction training is being conducted at an acceptable rate with little issues of interested members not receiving training in a timely manner.

The Sheriff Lieutenant(s) are responsible for:
Supervising and ensuring Corporals are completing their assigned duties in a timely manner. They will provide BCSO Command with a monthly report of the Corporal’s activity.
Ensuring members meet the requirements for promotions and manage BCSO incentives.
Managing the Corporal Candidacy Program.
Running the process to select a Deputy of the Cycle.
Managing the COC Workspace to ensure efficient operation and flow.
Ensuring that all roster changes are done in a timely and efficient manner by the Corporals and Senior Corporals and reporting back to the Major(s) as needed.
John Rook - Master Sergeant

The Sheriff Master Sergeant(s) are responsible for:
Conducting routine reviews of documents, re-writes, and corrections with approval from the Major(s).
Conducting inactivity checks and actioning on those who are unresponsive.
Assisting BCSO Lieutenants with the Corporal entrance exam when requested.
Kieran Denmar - Sergeant First Class

The Sergeant First Class is responsible for:
Onboarding new CoC members from Master Deputy to Corporal.
Onboarding new Staff members, from Corporal to Sergeant.
In charge of updating the private residence roster, and reviewing applications alongside the Staff Sergeants.
Assisting Master Sergeants with inactivity strikes.
Assisting in any other duties set forth by BCSO Command.
Reviewing and approving all warrant requests and submitting warrants involving an active JD case to the Justice Department for approval in a timely and efficient manner.
Vacant L. - Staff Sergeant

The Staff Sergeant(s) are responsible for:
Handling department applications and ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner under the supervision of BCSO Captain(s).
Reviewing all department suggestions which are submitted through Workspace and managing the member suggestion form accordingly. Once a suggestion reaches BCSO Command, a Staff Sergeant will reach out to inform if it's been denied or is moving forward in the process.
Ensuring that recruits have been trained within 45 days from when they joined the department.
Conduct frequent patrol log checks, ensuring the submitted information is correct and report any identified errors to the Captain(s).

The Senior Sergeant(s) are responsible for:
Handling department applications and ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner under the supervision of BCSO Captain(s).
Mentoring the Corporals and helping guide them with any questions they may have on their duties.
Ensure Senior Corporals post an announcement at the end of each calendar week recognizing the excellence of our Deputies work through commendations.
Conduct frequent patrol log checks, ensuring the submitted information is correct and report any identified errors to the Captain(s).

The Sheriff Sergeant(s) are responsible for:
Handling department applications and ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner under the supervision of BCSO Captain(s).
Handling department transfer applications and ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner under the supervision of BCSO Captain(s).
Mentoring the Corporals and helping guide them with any questions they may have on their duties.
Ensuring that members who receive commendations are recognized via BCSO announcement at the end of every calendar week.
Conduct frequent patrol log checks, ensuring the submitted information is correct and report any identified errors to the Captain(s).
Sergeants shall be granted access to all BCSO Staff folders.

The Senior Corporal(s) are responsible for:
Ensuring that Probationary Deputies are receiving their stage three ride-along in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Continuing to handle roster recruit updates, LOA management of entering Leave of Absence (“LOA”) dates and removing LOA’s at the end under the supervision of Staff Sergeant.
Ensuring that members who receive commendations are recognized via BCSO announcement at the end of every calendar week.
Maintain a high presence in any BCSO Discord channels and answering any questions within the designated questions for CoC Discord channel.
Ensure any submitted Civilian ride-alongs are being completed in a professional but timely manner.
Conduct DOC training at an acceptable rate so members are able to obtain the certification in a reasonable amount of time.

The Sheriff Corporal(s) are responsible for:
Ensuring that Probationary Deputies are receiving their stage three ride-along in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Responsible for recruit roster management by adding new recruits to the roster, ensuring LOA’s are properly marked on the roster with dates and removing when completed, and marking completed ride-alongs when clearing recruits to patrol on their own.
Mentor Master Deputies who are interested in joining BCSO CoC and providing feedback to Upper CoC and Command Staff.
Maintain a high presence in any BCSO Discord channels and answering any questions within the designated questions for CoC Discord channel.
Corporals are automatically considered FTO members
Ensure BCSO Arrest Reports are reviewed in a timely manner.
Conduct DOC training at an acceptable rate so members are able to obtain the certification in a reasonable amount of time.
