Members may bring guests at the cost of $5.00 per guest. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. If the guest is under the age of 18, he/she must have a guest permission slip signed by his/her parent.
Members can purchase a seasonal guest pass for the cost of $75.00. These passes can be used for a teenage child's boyfriend/girlfriend, babysitter, or grandparent. Members must complete the application. These guests are allowed only when accompanied by the member or member's children. The seasonal pass is only good for the person named on the seasonal guest application.
Who is eligible for a Seasonal Guest Pass?
These passes are designed for frequent visitors who are close to the family, such as grandparents, babysitters, or a teenage child’s significant other.
Can my guest visit the facilities on their own?
No. To ensure the security and exclusivity of our community, guests must be accompanied at all times by the primary member or one of the member's children.
Can I share one pass between multiple people?
No. Each seasonal pass is registered to a specific individual named at the time of application. Passes are non-transferable; if you have two different babysitters, each would require their own individual pass and application.
Who is responsible for filling out the application?
The primary member must complete and submit the application for any guest passes. We cannot accept applications submitted directly by the guest.
Does the pass expire?
Yes, the seasonal guest pass is valid only for the duration of the current season and must be renewed annually.
