The following rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of all members. The manager and lifeguards are authorized to require those violating said rules and regulations to leave the premises.
Dues and assessments must be paid by members each season prior to opening day - failure to do so will result in a $25 late fee.
Members are required to sign in family members and ALL guests. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. If the member is under 18 years of age, he/she must have a guest permission slip signed by his/her parent.
All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The club will not be responsible for accident or injury in connection with such use. All efforts will be made to insure the safety of all.
No children under eleven (11) years of age will be permitted to use the pool facilities unless accompanied by an older, responsible person.
Swim tests are required for those eleven (11) years of age or older prior to being allowed to attend the pool unsupervised.
Lifeguards will be on duty during operating hours and will be at their stations. Members should refrain from distracting them and follow their instructions at all times.
No boisterous or rough play will be allowed at any time (this includes but is not limited to: running, pushing, wrestling, etc).
Obey all rules posted in the pool area.
The club is not responsible for loss or damaged personal property of any member or guest. Lost items not claimed within seven (7) days will be given or thrown away.
No pets are permitted.
No glass containers are allowed inside the gate.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco, and vaping are prohibited.
No food or drink is permitted within five (5) feet of the pool's edge. Make sure trash (wrappers, cans, etc.) is disposed of properly and clean up after yourself.
Pool closing due to inclement weather shall be at the discretion of the pool manager.
A pool break will be called 10 minutes every hour depending on the amount of people at the pool and the temperature outside. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the pool during a pool break.
