AGILE AND JIRA 

Agile Methodology: 

Agile refers to a project management approach that stresses continuous incremental development, teamwork and quick response to changes. Being a huge multinational company, Midea Group may apply the Agile technique in software development, product management and several others including marketing or human resources.

Jira:

 Jira is a commonly used project management tool, created by Atlassian. It is often used for bug tracking, project monitoring and management. Midea Group could use Jira to carry out their Agile projects, follow tasks, control sprints, and deliver effective communication among team members.

UTILIZATION OF AGILE AND JIRA

Scrum Teams: One way of implementing Agile methods for Midea Group may be dividing its development team into Scrum teams using the Scrum approach. Sprints are the chosen period of teams to work with. Traditionally sprint duration is two weeks, and at the end of each sprint period product increment is delivered.

Backlog Management: In Jira, it is possible to work with a n any number of a backlog of work items as it is designed to hold user stories or tasks. The Midea Group's product owners or project managers can use Jira to track any features or requirements backlog of their products or the precise project they are working on.

Sprint Planning: Sprint before each Midea Group Scrum team using Jira to identify what the team will be involved in during the sprint from the backlog. They would figure out the effort needed for every task and a tasks-backlog in Jira.

Daily Stand-ups: In the course of the sprint, work groups would log task progress in Jira and update their teammates on the status of their work at the daily stand-ups.

Burndown Charts and Reports: This software provides a great deal of reporting options, such as burn-down charts, velocity reports, and others that either Midea procurement teams or stakeholders of the initiative can use to manage their processes and ensure that their tasks are completed on time and at the highest possible level of quality.
