The Willowood Invitational is an optional meet available all swimmers, however, is encouraged for more experienced swimmers, especially those who do Winter-Swim. This is an awesome opportunity for swimmers to face a high-level of competition. This is an invitational, so swimmers will choose their events, rather than the coaches. (please note - this meet often runs late into the night)

RSVPs Due By: June 25th, 12:00 pm
Location: Willowood Swim Club, 600 West Bainbridge Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022
Arrival Time: Gates open @ 3:00 pm. Warm-ups will begin around 3:00 pm.
Start Time: 5:00 pm
Spectator Entry Fee: $5 per spectator at the gate, (volunteers are free and will receive a food voucher ticket).
Parking: You may pull into the parking lot to drop off swimmers and equipment. Parking is in the field behind the swim club.

When RSVPing report the events that you would like your child to swim. Swimmers can choose up to 3 events, please note that there are no relays for this event. Use the event list linked below to choose your swimmer's events. Pay close attention to gender and age group. Each swimmer swims exclusively against their own age group, not age bracket.

How do I pay?
- This event is an Invitational, which means it is not covered in your swim registration fee.
- The cost for registration in this event will be $5.00 per swimmer per race they swim.
- You will not be able to pay for this invitational until you know your event list. This may not be until the night of the event.
- Payments can be made via check, cash, or Venmo. Please make checks out to The Middletown Swim Team. Checks can be handed to a Board Member or mailed to / dropped off to Sara Hughes, 1409 Old Reliance Rd., Middletown, PA 17057. *** Please include your swimmer's name with your payment in an ENVELOPE!**

*** Please Note: All payments are due by prior to your child swimming in the meet - can be paid at the invitational due to timing constraints.
