It's time for the 37th Annual Mini-Meet!  The Middletown Mini-Meet is our very own invitational where we put the future of swim in the spotlight! This meet is for swimmers ages 10 & under, only!  However, we also use this opportunity to let our older swimmers shine as role models by letting them 'work' the meet! 

What do I need to do as a swimmer?

• When RSVPing report the events that you would like your child to swim.  Swimmers can choose up to 4 events plus note if they are interested in swimming a relay. (relays will be formed if there are enough age/gender appropriate swimmers to make a team).  Use the event list linked below to choose your swimmer's events.  Pay close attention to gender and age group.  Each swimmer swims exclusively against their own age group, not age bracket.

What do I need to do as a Volunteer?

• Family members, Swimmers 11+, and general community volunteers click on the link below to sign-up!  We will need more volunteers than usual because we will be hosting upwards of 200 swimmers from across all of MPSL! Pay special attention to time of day when signing up.  June 24th is a Wednesday.  The pool will close at 2:00 pm to accommodate the meet, but we will have volunteers up at the pool as early as 12:00 pm for set-up. 

• Please note, this is an all-hands-on-deck event.  It is expected that all families will volunteer in some capacity, and in most cases, more than one. We appreciate your support in advance.

How do I pay?

- This event is an Invitational, which means it is not covered in your swim registration fee. 

- The cost for registration in this event will be $5.00 per swimmer per race they swim. 

- You will not be able to pay for this invitational until you know your event list.  This may not be until the night of the event. 

- Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo.  Please make checks out to The Middletown Swim Team. Checks can be handed to a Board Member or mailed to / dropped off to Sara Hughes, 1409 Old Reliance Rd., Middletown, PA 17057.  *** Please include your swimmer's name with your payment in an ENVELOPE!**
