The Devoncrest Novice Invitational is an optional meet available to only non-winter swimmers. This is an awesome opportunity for swimmers who swim exclusively in the Summer to compete. This is an invitational, so swimmers will choose their events, rather than the coaches.

Invitational Details: **This is a night meet**
Date: Tuesday, July 7, 2026 (Raindate July 9th)
RSVPs Due By: June 27th, by midnight
Location: Devon Manor Swim Club, 4400 Devonshire Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109
Arrival Time: Gates open @ 4:15 pm.
Start Time: 5:30 pm
Spectator Entry Fee: $5 per spectator at the gate (cash only), 12 and under are free (volunteer to time to get in for free! Reach out to a Board Member for more info).
Parking: You may pull into the parking lot to drop off swimmers and equipment. Parking is available at Northside Elementary.

When RSVPing report the events that you would like your child to swim. Swimmers can choose up to 3 events plus note if they are interested in swimming a relay. (relays will be formed if there are enough age/gender appropriate swimmers to make a team). Use the event list linked below to choose your swimmer's events. Pay close attention to gender and age group. Each swimmer swims exclusively against their own age group, not age bracket.

- This event is an Invitational, which means it is not covered in your swim registration fee.
- The cost for registration in this event will be $5.00 per swimmer per race they swim.
- You will not be able to pay for this invitational until you know your event list. This may not be until the night of the event.
- Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo. Please make checks out to The Middletown Swim Team. Checks can be handed to a Board Member or mailed to / dropped off to Sara Hughes, 1409 Old Reliance Rd., Middletown, PA 17057. *** Please include your swimmer's name with your payment in an ENVELOPE!**

*** Please Note: All payments are due by prior to your child swimming in the meet - can be paid at the invitational due to timing constraints.
