It's Carnival Time Again! The Hummelstown Relay Carnival is a super fun event where every race is ... you guessed it ... a relay! This is a very laid back event, and the kiddos usually have a blast! We really hope you will join us!

Invitational Details: **This is a night meet**
Date: Monday, June 29, 2026
RSVPs Due By: June 20th, 12:00 pm
Location: Hummelstown Swim Club, 301 Kokomo Ave., Hummelstown, PA 17036
Arrival Time: 2:45 pm
Warm-Ups: 3:00 pm, lanes 1-3
Start Time: 5:00 pm rain or shine
Spectator Entry Fee: $3 per spectator at the gate (volunteer to time to get in for free! Reach out to a Board Member for more info).
Programs: $2 at the gate.
Parking: Lower Dauphin High School, 201 S Hanover Street, Hummelstown, PA 17036 - shuttle bus to the pool provided.

Simply RSVP below. ACCEPT - if your swimmer intends to swim. DECLINE- if your swimmer will not be swimming. ALL team members should RSVP [ACCEPT or DECLINE] by Saturday, June 20th @ midnight. *** Please include your swimmer's name in the comment section!** If we do not get a response, we will have to assume this is because your swimmer is not attending. So please, either way, ACCEPT or DECLINE so we are not chasing you down.

Coaches will work together to place swimmers in as many relays as possible. Normally your swimmer will compete in 2-4 relays, but it could be more or less. The amount of relays your swimmer is placed in depends on how many kids sign up! The more swimmers, the better!

- This event is an Invitational, which means it is not covered in your swim registration fee.
- The cost for registration in this event will be $5.00 per swimmer per race they swim.
- You will not be able to pay for this invitational until you know your event list. This may not be until the night of the event.
- Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venm0. Please make checks out to The Middletown Swim Team. Checks can be handed to a Board Member or mailed to / dropped off to Sara Hughes, 1409 Old Reliance Rd., Middletown, PA 17057. *** Please include your swimmer's name with your payment in an ENVELOPE!**

*** Please Note: All payments are due by prior to your child swimming in the meet - can be paid at the invitational due to timing constraints.
