HyFlex is a course modality that allows students to fluidly engage in a course or program via the mode of their choice: in-person or online. Students are able to change their modality throughout the semester as needed thus increasing the flexibility of the offerings to the student. This session will provide a brief overview of the HyFlex concept, discuss ways administrators at Southeast are evaluating the course offerings, and highlight various questions or issues that institutions may face (e.g., tracking students, compliance reporting).

Presented by Misty Tollett & Calie Holden (Ozarks Technical Community College)
Too often strategic plans are left on the shelf after the planning process is complete. Rather than letting your plan collect dust, use the momentum you built in the planning process to launch implementation and achieve your institution's goals. This presentation will explore a case study of Ozarks Technical Community College's current strategic plan: Your Dreams, Our Plan 2018-2025. Implementation of this plan utilized shared governance, data tracking, and ongoing college-wide updates.
Remember to join us in person at the Hilton DoubleTree in Overland Park Kansas on November 8-11 for our annual MidAIR Conference!
