The registration desk will be open on Sunday, 21 May 2023, at the hotel conference from 18:00 to 20:00pm, on Monday 22 before the conference starts, as well as during the coffee breaks
The registration fee will include coffee breaks, light lunches, and the conference dinner.
Early Registration (Through 10 March 2023) : 380 euro
Normal Registration (Through 10 April 2023) : 410 euro
Late Registration (Up to the Conference Time) : 450 euro

Until March 9th, 2023 - Full refund minus 25€ administrative fee
From March 10th until April 5th, 2023 - Full refund minus 70€ administrative fee
From April 6th until May 5th, 2023 - 50% refund of Registration Fees
From May 6th onward - No refund of Registration fees
