Accomodation

In order to help with your planning, a number of rooms in the venue hotel Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort, as well as in other hotels within walking distance of the venue, have been blocked by CCBS GREECE, which is our official accommodation supplier. Hotel rooms are available in different room and price categories for conference delegates at special rates.

Book early to secure your room and take advantage of the special negotiated rates. The procedure for the hotel reservation is indicated at the end of this page.

Notes for room reservations at Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort:

• Check in time: 14:00, check out time: 12:00.

• HB stands for Half Board basis which includes Breakfast & Dinner served at the hotel’s main restaurant “Artemis” during operational hours. Beverages excluded.

• Family Hotel/Bungalow Suite Mountain/Garden View - Min. occupancy 2 adults & 1 child, Max. occupancy 2 adults & 3 children . To add children to your room reservation, please send your request at microquasars@ccbsgreece.gr

• Family Bungalow Suite Sea View - Min. occupancy 2 adults, Max. occupancy 2 adults & 2 children. To add children to your room reservation, please send your request at microquasars@ccbsgreece.gr

• The Overnight Stay Tax, which is 4€ per room per night, is not included and it is payable by the client directly to the hotel upon check in.

Notes for room reservations at Castello Village Resort:

• Check in time: 15:00, check out time: 11:00

• The Overnight Stay Tax, which is 3€ per room per night, is not included and it is payable by the client directly to the hotel upon check in.

Notes for room reservations at Castello Boutique Resort & Spa:

• Check in time: 15:00, check out time: 11:00

• The Overnight Stay Tax, which is 4€ per room per night, is not included and it is payable by the client directly to the hotel upon check in.

If, by the time CCBS Greece receives your room request, the hotel you have selected is already fully booked, CCBS Greece will propose an alternative similar hotel at the same price range.

Hotel rooms can be booked via the main Online Registration Form.

Your Room Reservation is not complete until payment has been received.

Payment is possible through the online registration form, with either bank transfer or with credit card (Visa or Master Card).

Accomodation Cancellation Policy

Please note any changes or cancellations MUST BE RECEIVED by email microquasars@ccbsgreece.gr or fax at +30 2810 330606

Until February 1st, 2023 - Full refund minus 25€ administrative fee

From February 2nd until March 20th, 2023 - Full refund minus 2 nights’ Accommodation fees

From March 21st until April 21st, 2023 - 50% refund of Accommodation Fees

From April 21st, 2023 onward - No refund of accommodation fees
