Dear 10th Microquasar participants

The conference date is now approaching. Please find below the very last

informations. Read until the end very carefully.

*** Talks *** 

- The invited talks are 25 min long + 5 min questions

- The contributed talks are 12 min long + 3 min questions

- The screen will be 4 x 2.55 which translates to 16:9. Also the input of the

projector will be HDMI.

*** Conference Laptop *** 

We  encourage people to upload their talks (in pdf format) to the

conference laptop (at least during the precedent session of their talks) to avoid any delays with the connection.

For the speakers of the first session you will be able to upload your presentation on Sunday evening and on Monday morning before the beginning of the conference.

After 18:00pm of each conference day any presenter will be able to check his/her

presentation will IT person.

*** Posters *** 

All Posters should be A0 (portrait).The workshop secretariat will supply

materials for the mounting of posters: blu tack & scotch tape. Kindly note that

screws, glue, pins, etc. are not allowed.

*** Registration *** 

Registration will be already open on Sunday evening and then on Monday before the

start of the conference.

*** Zoom connection *** 

A zoom connection will be provided

- to record the presentations

- to allow people to connect remotely and follow the talks. Note however that

the sound system in the meeting room will not be good enough to follow the

discussions

*** Transportation *** 

If you have not made your arrangements to reach the conference place from the

airport please do not leave it for the last minutes.

*** Accompanying persons *** 

For those who come with accompanying persons.  The cost for the conference

dinner for an accompanying person is 50 euro (partially subsidized).  The amount

can be paid on site, by cash or credit card.  Please declare

to CCBS the accompanying person(s), who will come to the conference dinner. No

names are needed, just the number(s).
