This Privacy Policy describes in a complete, clear, and transparent manner how user data is collected, used, managed, stored, and protected by the app Zemnya - Meditation Relax Sleep, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the guidelines of the Apple and Google platforms.
The use of the application strictly requires account registration. The app offers a portion of content available via free navigation (approximately 50%) and a portion of exclusive content accessible by subscribing to a Premium membership.

2.1 Usage via Mandatory Registration
In order to access and use the app, users must register and create a personal account by providing:
Password (encrypted and securely managed via Firebase Authentication)
Nickname (optional)
Zodiac sign (optional)
Account data is saved and managed securely on the Firebase database. Following registration, users can freely access approximately 50% of the general content of the application (including available free services such as the horoscope), while the remaining 50% requires a subscription.
The app does not contain any form of advertising. Access to 100% of the content is conditional upon subscribing to a membership (monthly, annual, or lifetime).
The payment process and subscription management are entirely delegated to:
RevenueCat (in-app purchase receipt management platform)
Google Play Console / Google Play Billing (for Android devices)
Apple Store Connect / App Store In-App Purchases (for iOS devices)
The Data Controller does not collect or store bank details, credit card numbers, or any financial information of the user. Such data is processed exclusively by the official stores (Google and Apple). RevenueCat only processes anonymous transaction identifiers and subscription statuses to verify that the user is genuinely entitled to access the Premium content.
The collected data is processed exclusively to:
Allow the correct functioning of the app, the provision of services, and the personalization of features based on the zodiac sign.
Manage the user's account and secure authentication.
Verify the status of in-app subscriptions to unlock Premium content.
Provide technical assistance and respond to user requests.
Improve the stability, performance, and functionality of the application through the analysis of anonymous technical logs and crash reports.
The processing of personal data is grounded on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: to provide the free and Premium services requested by the user (including account and subscription management).
User consent: freely given at the time of registration and when entering personal data (email, nickname, zodiac sign).
Legitimate interest of the Data Controller: to ensure the security of the application, prevent fraud, bugs, crashes, and technical malfunctions.
6.1 Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
During the registration/profile creation phase: Email, encrypted password, nickname (optional), and zodiac sign (optional).
6.2 Technical and Usage Data
Collected automatically: Technical device data (model, operating system version), aggregated usage data, technical logs, and crash reports. This data is collected in a pseudonymous or anonymous format and does not allow the direct identification of the user.
6.3 Purchase and Transaction Data (Third Parties)
In-app purchase identifiers: Transaction IDs generated by Google/Apple and processed by RevenueCat to validate the subscription.
For the proper functioning of the backend and financial services, the app utilizes the following providers, appointed as Data Processors or acting as independent Data Controllers:
Google Firebase & Firestore Database: For secure authentication, user database management, and app infrastructure.
RevenueCat: For tracking, validating, and synchronizing the status of in-app subscriptions.
Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase: For processing payments and billing subscriptions.
FlutterFlow: Technical tools and libraries linked to the development and compilation of the application.
The Data Controller guarantees that the collected data:
Is not sold to third parties.
Is not transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Is not used for direct marketing campaigns or advertising profiling (the app is entirely ad-free).
Account and profile data: Retained for the entire duration of the account's activity and until a deletion request is made by the user.
Subscription-related data: Retained for the period necessary to manage subscription services and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations required by the distribution platforms (Google and Apple).
Technical data and logs: Stored for a maximum period of 12 months, after which they are completely anonymized or deleted.
The Data Controller adopts appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including password encryption and secure HTTPS transfer protocols) to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction.
In accordance with the GDPR, the user has the right at any time to:
Access their personal data held by the Data Controller.
Request the rectification, updating, or erasure of their personal data.
Request the restriction of processing or object to it.
Obtain data portability in a structured, commonly used format.
Since there is no form of advertising within the application, no prior consent for advertising tracking purposes is requested upon opening the app. Users can freely consult this Privacy Policy at any time within the dedicated page inside the application.
Lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (such as the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali at www.garanteprivacy.it).
Some of the backend services utilized (such as Google Firebase and RevenueCat) may process or store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly in the United States. Such transfers take place exclusively in compliance with legal safeguards, through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework.
Users can independently delete their data and profile from the application at any time. To do so, simply access the "Settings" ("Impostazioni") section within the app and click on "Request account deletion" ("Richiedi cancellazione account").

Following the request (made either directly in-app or via email), the following will be permanently removed from active databases within a maximum period of 30 days:
The email address and login credentials.
The nickname and zodiac sign associated with the profile.
The chronological history records uniquely associated with that user.
Note: Deleting your account within the app removes your personal data but does not automatically cancel any active paid subscription on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. To stop recurring charges, the user must independently cancel the subscription through the subscription management settings of their Android device (Google Play) or iOS device (Apple App Store).
