Design Rationale Overview

The decision to use a YouTube video format is supported by its widespread accessibility, ease of distribution, and ability to reach a diverse audience. The multimedia and segmenting principles have been applied to cater to a broad range of learning preferences, ensuring that the content is accessible and digestible for viewers with varying levels of prior knowledge and experience. 

By carefully selecting and describing the media, technology, and processes used, this instructional solution aims to support student learning, enhance andragogical practices, and acknowledge the diversity of our society as a multicultural community. The video will educate viewers and promote best practices in the field of Educational Technology, reflecting a collaborative and ethical approach to instructional design.

This instructional solution is designed to be clear, engaging, and effective, making complex information easily understandable while ensuring that all content is presented in a professional and visually appealing manner.  This approach is designed to capture the attention of prospective students and potential employers, enhancing their understanding of complex concepts. Our goal is to improve knowledge retention, understanding, and application by showcasing the benefits of a Master’s in Educational Technology effectively.
