Problem statement: In increasingly diverse and globalised digital workspaces, names are frequently mispronounced, misspelled, or substituted during collaborative sessions. Many employees want to engage inclusively but avoid cross-cultural communication out of fear of making an awkward mistake.
Project description: This micro-learning module moves away from rigid compliance lecturing and focuses on human-centered cultural competence. Built around real-world behavioural situations, this course trains employees on the psychological impact of names, how to gracefully navigate and correct naming mistakes with humility, and how to transform communication errors into opportunities for mutual cultural exchange and inclusion.
