Corinth Holders High School rotates every-other Wednesday with School Improvement Team meetings and Departmental Leader meetings. Every other SIT meeting is a workshop for sub-committees to work on their assigned SIT goals.
Some of the things we addressed this year were our Vision and Mission revision, MTSS implementation as well as the Teacher Working Conditions Survey and Panorama Survey. The results of these surveys are shared with the two separate groups who use the data to formulate upcoming SIT goals.
Departmental Leader meetings are an opportunity for individuals to be represented and heard. These meetings address issues in the school, teacher and student concerns, structures and processes and outside activities. Notes are taken in a running document which is shared with the school staff, and issues are assigned an administrator who will look in to potential solutions.
