Bomb threats at seven HBCUs force students to evacuate or shelter in place — The GuardianTargeted historically Black colleges and universities spanned six states and DC as police warned that at least one had been ‘very real’

So, the FBI has stated that domestic terrorism is its Number 1 concern, yet there appears to be an undiminshed onslaught of hate happening. Black colleges here, school committee meetings, death threats to Congressional leaders and local election officials, intimidiation of public health experts, and on and on. Why aren't these sorts of behaviors seen as terrorist acts?

"This week’s events also come after an alarming uptick in bombings in the US. In a report on 2020, the United States Bomb Data Center recorded 25% fewer bomb threats than in 2019. Yet it tallied 428 actual bombings – a 71% increase from the year before."
