ADMS 3220: Applied Marketing Management
This group project was based on Gully Klassics, a streetwear company operating out of Ontario, Canada. The basis of this project revolves around identifying the problems within the companies marketing efforts, and providing a detailed solution in the form of a marketing plan. This marketing plan covers a wide range of topics, including an analysis of Gully Klassics' current operations, and then proposing a new strategy and objectives for the firm with its own timeline and budgeting scheme.
