This project were to select a current topic, issue, or trend that relates to the development, delivery, or management of a distance learning program. I chose Personalized Learning Experiences for my research.
This is a needs analysis that should be conducted for an online learning implementation of your choice. Think about the issues and topics that we have discussed during this semester. You can pick a setting such as K-12, Higher Education, or Corporate for this implementation. This can be either focused on the students, faculty or employees.
