As I continue to grow with every experience, I learn more about who I truly am and where I belong in this vast academic world. · The NJ Chapter of TiE Global' s University Start Up Pitch Competition chose Signs of Communication to be a finalist for their Innovation competition. I was a Mentor for Kelly McKenna for this competition as well. We won best audience favorite award for this competition too. (Link)
· Accepted to Rutger's 2020 Annual Global Affairs Conference for my academic research on how mediation and climate change are synergistic. The event was postponed to Fall 2020 due to COVID-19. A published article on this topic will also be available after the event.
· Currently working alongside InterAmerican School of Law in Puerto Rico to conduct a mixed methods research study on creating a culture of mediation within Puerto Rico by utilizing Artificial Intelligence. The project is called Engage Puerto Rico: A Case Study for Mediation Culture.
· Created and executive produced an educational YouTube/Spotify discussion series, Connecting Bridges and Borders, which highlights Education, Business, Technology, Innovation, and Economics by interviewing academics, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from all across the world. (Link)
· Partnered with ECCOM Magazine and launched an academic article depository covering the topics of global business, global affairs, and mediation.
· Developed Online Certificate Programs for Students, Educators and Business people with my team at the IDR and other academic partners outside of the University that will be launching in Fall 2020
· Working alongside two academics on a published article surrounding the topic of data privacy; this article will hope to be published in a reputable academic journal near the end of this year.
Developed the NJCU-IDR QAP (Quality Assessment Program) in collaboration with the International Mediation Institute
