About The MHFA REFRESHER
Once you have attended an MHFA course, your certificate is valid for 3 years. After this (if not before) you will need to consider how you will keep your qualification up to date. Research progresses and the advice on best practice can also change. And it is always valuable to refresh your skills and knowledge. The MHFA England refresher course takes 4 hours and is available to anyone holding most MHFA England 1-day or 2-day certificates, as well as anyone holding a level 3 certificate in Workplace Mental Health from FutureQuals or an FAA level 3 certificate in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF).
The Refresher course will help you ...
Renew your skills
Update your knowledge of mental health support
Give you practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
That's not all ...
By training with MHFA England you will ensure your MHFAiders’ support and training doesn't stop when the course comes to an end.
