Today, Howie is fully immersed in the mental health field, delivering high-impact training that is practical, engaging, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
He has worked as a National Trainer for MHFA England, a Subject Matter Expert for Qualsafe Academy, and a Workplace Consultant supporting organisations to strengthen their mental health culture and practices. This breadth of experience enables him to understand both the human and organisational sides of mental health at work.

Associate Trainer : Ghazala Rashid
Ghazala is a passionate Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor and advocate for psychologically safe workplaces. She delivers the accredited Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace, equipping staff and leaders with the confidence, knowledge, and practical tools to recognise, understand, and respond effectively to mental health challenges.
As a qualified ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Instructor, Ghazala provides life-saving suicide prevention training that empowers participants to intervene with compassion, skill, and confidence. Her sessions are practical, supportive, and grounded in real-world application.
Alongside her mental health and suicide prevention work, Ghazala facilitates engaging training in Diversity & Inclusion and Sexual Harassment Awareness. She works with organisations to build cultures rooted in respect, inclusion, and psychological safety — where people feel seen, valued, and supported.
Ghazala brings together academic knowledge and lived, professional experience. With a degree in Psychology and Counselling/CBT, as well as recognised teaching qualifications, she blends evidence-based learning with empathy and authenticity.
She is also the proud founder and chairperson of a UK-registered charity and volunteers for a bereavement charity, providing counselling support to women following child loss. This deeply meaningful work informs her compassionate, trauma-aware approach to training and facilitation.
