All bookings are firm from receipt of your payment, unless different arrangements were agreed upon at the time of your registration.
In case of cancellation by us (it's never happened yet ...) you will have the choice between a full refund and rebooking the same course at a later date, from among courses delivered by MHFA T4L.
In case of cancellation by you (these things happen ...)
You can always transfer your place to a friend or colleague.
Cancellation up to 30 calendar days ahead of course commencement: You will have the choice between a full refund or priority re-booking on the same course at a later date delivered by MHFA T4L.
Cancellation up to 14 calendar days ahead of course commencement: priority re-booking on the same course at a later date delivered by MHFA T4L.
Cancellation less than 14 days ahead of course commencement: re-booking on a later course delivered by MHFA T4L, subject to availability.
Failure to attend without notification: course fee deducted.
