1. Reference / Information - consists of personal assistance provided to library users
2. Literature Search - if the user wants to know the latest work about his interest, he will be assisted to the different list, indexes, guides, pathfinders and bibliographies
3. Library Orientation / Instruction - awareness to users about the library services, personnel and collection
4. Repographic Service - photocopy of library materials
This service concerns the following:
1. Requisition of the library materials either from students or faculty.
2. Ordering of the library materials to the dealers and / or suppliers.
3. Procurement and acquisition of the library materials either through purchase, gift or exchange.
4. Organization of the library materials through cataloging and classification.
5. Conservation of the library materials through binding and minor repair.
This service refers to the personal assistance to the faculty and staff members for their information and research needs.
1. Literature Search - providing the faculty / staff all the list, indexes, bibliographies, pathfinders for their information / research needs
2. Bibliographic Service - providing all the list of materials on their field
3. Current Awareness - giving them the list of newly acquired materials for their field
4. Photocopying Service - photocopying a portion of material
5. Circulation Service - charging and discharging of library materials
6. Material or Library Reservation - a faculty/ staff is allowed to use the library either the library extension or virtual library for official purpose
1. Service to outside researchers is limited to reference / information, literature search and photocopying service.
2. They can be accommodated during library hours from Monday - Friday.
3. Each researcher is charged with PhP 50.00 per day should be paid at the Accounting Office. He/She presents the receipt to the Circulation Counter. A library permit is then issued to him/ her.
