For 16 years as a nurse, level competency PK III, I have learned the true meaning of dedication, responsibility, and patient care. Each day brings new challenges, from treating critically ill patients to supporting their families. These experiences have honed my clinical skills and shaped me into a more patient, empathetic, and resilient professional.

In 2009, I became a shift leader, a key step in my career. Just three months later, I was appointed Head of the High Care Unit (HCU), where I took on both clinical and managerial responsibilities.

I am committed to continuously improving healthcare services, especially in the HCU, while enhancing my leadership and clinical expertise. I also hope to inspire fellow nurses, proving that dedication and perseverance lead to success.

I am Siti Habibah, a nurse at the OPD, level competency PK III of Mayapada Hospital Bogor.

I am truly proud and grateful to be part of the Mayapada Hospital Bogor family for the past 11 years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to grow and develop in the dynamic world of professional nursing. Working with various teams and overcoming challenges that push me to keep learning has enriched my skills and broadened my perspective.

This success would not have been possible without the incredible support of my colleagues, leaders, and the company, which has always provided me with opportunities to grow.

I have gained invaluable experiences and countless opportunities for professional development. I am especially grateful for receiving a scholarship to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Nursing, followed by a bronchoscopy training program, both provided by Mayapada Hospital Bogor.
