Reflection Blog (28.9.17): I've narrowed down my ideas but now need to see if I can get the technology to work!
Basically I want record a variety of sounds, both composed and improvisational and create these sounds/loops into either graphic display or actual textural artwork so when someone touches the artwork the different associated sounds play by using Makey Makey. I've been exploring the uses for Makey Makey and trying to see how I can develop this into a music project. Sound wise I'd like a few options for the viewer/listener to have a few single sounds to make their own patterns, say single notes of a chord, and then some pre-composed loops.
Ultimately however I want to see how I can use this technology in a relevant way for music education students - beyond fruit and activating match-box cars!
