Bare Conductive

Reflection (6.10.17): After discussing my outline plan with my lecturer James Humberstone, he very kindly lent me his Bare Conductive Starter Kit. This is the next level of Makey Makey and will automatically solve some of the problems I've been considering in my project such as how to use Makey Makey without the clunkiness of having a computer and wires everywhere. Neither appear to be iPad compatible but the Bare Conductive kit allows you to just use the motherboard using an Arduino which just requires power, and paired with it's own speaker jack, releasing the need to be next to a computer.

Learining outakes:

• Cardboard is not a good structure to use conductive paint on with all the bends and grooves, not the most reliable surface.
• Using the templates helps align each "line" with the connector hole.
• You really need to consider the order of your sounds as to which sound aligns to which spot on the board as the lines can't cross so this is quite essential in the planning.
• I was in testing so didn't consider the "art" when I loaded up the sounds, but they really do need to be considered together.
