Two-day educator and adviser conference with training and content designed specifically for Business & Marketing teachers and Career & Technical Student Organizatiaon Advisers. Open to educators from across the state to share ideas, engage in professional development, learn from state and industry leaders, and get FBLA releated updated to help local chapter onto the path to success.

September 27, 2025

Matilda Torres High School, Madera CA

The Central Section hosts FBLA students and advisers during this one-day event early in the school year to receive training and materials from the state level to help local chapters plan and prepare for activities and programs for the upcoming year. 

October 17th thru 19th, 2025

Santa Clara Marriott - Santa Clara, CA

CA FBLA hosts a statewide leadership development experience. This multi-day conference is open to students, chapter leaders, and advisers. The conference features guest speakers, interactive workshops, informative sessions, networking activities, and more.

January 31st, 2026

Redwood High School, Visalia

Members at these events elect section officers, conduct section business, and participate in the first round of competitions leading to the State Leadership Conference.

April 9th thru 12th, 2026

Anaheim, CA

This SLC is the culminating state level event of the year. The CA FBLA SLC is a multi-day conference with thousands of FBLA members in attendance from across the state. Students attend the conference to elect student state leaders, conduct state business, experience leadership and career development training, and engage in statewide competitions to determine who will represent California in National Competitions at the National Leadership Conference.

June 29 thru July 2, 2026 - San Antonio, Texas

The National Leadership Conference is the culminating experience for FBLA members where they compete at the national level. Members compete in dozens of events, engage in powerful learning workshops, engage with exhibitors in the Future Leaders Expo Hall and Pin Trade.
