OAT Day

FBLA OAT Day at Matilda Torres High School in Madera brought advisors chapter and section officers and together to develop leadership skills through interactive workshops, team-building activities, and sessions focused on communication and effective chapter management. Participants left inspired and equipped with practical strategies for a successful year ahead.

FBLA OAT Day at Redwood High School brought chapter officers and advisors together to enhance leadership skills through workshops, activities, and sessions on communication and chapter management. Attendees left inspired and equipped with strategies for a successful year ahead.

In September 2023, the Central Section FBLA hosted a highly beneficial event virtually at El Capitan High School. Due to unavailability of Merced High facilities, this essential training day successfully brought together FBLA students and advisers for a day filled with invaluable resources and guidance.

During this one-day event, attendees received comprehensive training and materials directly from the state level. These resources equipped local chapters with the necessary tools to plan and prepare for activities and programs throughout the upcoming year.

OAT Day proved to be a pivotal moment for FBLA chapters, empowering them to kickstart their journey with valuable insights and guidance. We're thrilled to have facilitated such a successful event, setting the stage for a year of achievement and growth within the FBLA community.
