Leadership Development Institute

MHS FBLA students participated in the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) held in Santa Clara. The event provided opportunities to develop leadership skills, gain valuable business insights, and connect with FBLA members from other schools. Through workshops, speakers, and networking sessions, students returned motivated and prepared to lead their chapter toward continued success.

Five students attended this multi-day conference, which was hosted by CA FBLA and designed for students, chapter leaders, and advisers. Participants had the chance to engage with inspiring guest speakers, take part in interactive workshops, attend informative sessions, and enjoy various networking activities. Members also had the opportunity to tour San Jose State University.
