1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Mera Sankalp app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SkillarCode E-Learning (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
2. Nature of Service
The Application is provided completely free of charge.
No Account Required: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide personal details to access the core features.
No Payments: There are no In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, or hidden fees involved in using the functionality of this Application.
3. Data Storage & Privacy
Mera Sankalp is primarily an offline-first application, but it uses online components for app stability and user engagement.
Local Storage (Personal Data): All your personal data (Challenges, Tasks, Logs, Notes) is stored locally on your device's internal memory. The Service Provider does not have access to this personal content and does not store a copy on any server.
Cloud Data (Technical Data): The Application uses third-party services (Google Firebase) to collect anonymous technical data (Crash Logs, App Usage Statistics) to help us improve the app.
Risk of Data Loss: Since personal data is offline, if you uninstall the Application or clear the app storage from your phone settings, your personal progress will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your data. We strongly recommend using the in-app "Backup" feature to save your progress externally before uninstalling the app or switching devices.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Application (including source code, design, graphics, and trademarks) remain the property of the Service Provider. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative versions of the Application without written consent.
5. Connectivity & Notifications
While the core habit-tracking features function without an internet connection, an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data) is required for:
Sending Push Notifications (Reminders & Updates).
Transmitting anonymous Analytics and Crash reports.
Checking for App Updates via the Google Play Store.
Push Notifications: By using the Application, you agree to receive technical updates and habit reminders via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can opt-out of these notifications at any time via your device settings.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to device limitations (e.g., no internet access, low battery, or insufficient storage space).
6. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data) arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

The Application utilizes third-party libraries for core functionality, analytics, and notifications. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions of these third-party service providers:
